Hi, I'm Laurie, I trained as a Remedial Soft Tissue Therapist in 2013, since then I have been studying how to facilitate thoughtless, fearless movement for my clients. It has become my passion; it is the foundation of my practice.
I made the decision to study after 3 knee surgeries, 2 cranial fractures, 1 hospitalised coma, 2 fractured vertebrae and multiple spinal stenosis. Sessions combine closed chain biomechanical assessments, deep tissue massage & myo fascial facilitation.

Fantastic session with Laurie, what really stands out is that he doesn't just want you to come and "get a treatment", but he actually assessed my situation, asked lots of questions to understand what seems to be happening, and actually gave me an experiential understanding of the patterns currently present in my body - and how to start shifting them in my everyday life in a beneficial way.
