I saw Laurie after a trip to NYC where I went from walking an average of 5,000 steps a day (I know..I know..) to 21,000 for three days straight and felt like my hip was popping out of socket when I walked. Laurie does such a thorough assessment and pointed out things about the way I walk, my gait, and posture, that I hadn't even noticed. He tailors exercises specifically to his clients issues and does body work/massage when needed. Within a week of following his protocol I saw so much improvement it was shocking. I have not had an issue since and credit his very unique and specialized approach to understanding the root problem, and his arsenal of incredibly effective tools to help the body find its balance again.
